• All items are made to order and processed once payment is received.
• Processing times typically range between 2–7 business days.
• Orders are shipped directly from our production partners.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes (where required).
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal and secure payment methods through Shopify’s payment gateway.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Because we work with automated production systems:

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are in production.
• Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

5. Returns & Refunds
