Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. Since our items are made to order (print-on-demand), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle special situations.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Slight variations in print placement, color, or size (these are normal with POD production)

We strongly recommend checking our size charts and product details before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Misprinted
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn't arrived after the expected delivery window, please let us know. We’ll work with our production partners (Printful/T-Pop) to resolve it, including tracking and possible reshipment.


Non-Returnable Items

Since each item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns due to:

  • Incorrect address submitted at checkout
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size or product
